At Touched by Dennis Wellness Center, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Apple pay and cash. We also offer gift certificates (see below) that can be redeemed for any of our services. Tips are gladly accepted on credit card charges.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment (especially your first visit) to make sure all paperwork is filled out and you have time for quick restroom stop prior to your service.
Our prices are subject to change. Once service is booked, pricing is locked even if there is a price change.

We offer a 15% Military Discount on services to all previous and current military personnel and their families with military ID.
We also offer a 10% discount on services to persons 65+.
Discounts can not be combined. Highest discount applicable will be given.

We welcome walk-ins and will try to fit you in whenever possible. However, booking ahead is the best way to guarantee an appointment on the day and time that works best for you. It is easy to book online. Just click on any service on our menu to book an appointment or click here.
Touched Membership Terms and Conditions
Choose any combination of “Recurring” services totaling $50 or more. The total of these services will become your membership dues.
Memberships are only valid for the applicant and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. ID may be required and must match our records.
Membership may begin at any time during the month but will auto renew at the end of each month including enrollment month. Your credit card will automatically be charged the last day of each month.
All services earned will be valid for 2 calendar months. Ex: Renewal 6/30/18 valid thru 8/30/18. Oldest valid service earned will be redeemed 1st.
Your earned services may not be substituted for any other services.
Changes to your customized membership may occur at anytime by filling out a new application. Any renewal in process will proceed and the changes will take place the following month. Any changes in your membership package will cause a reset to your membership and must be kept for a minimum of 90 days before cancelation.
Cancelation of membership may occur at any time after your 3rd renewal date with a written 30-day notice. There will be one more renewal after your 30-day notice is received. Any services earned must be used prior to the official end of membership date noted on your application.
Promotions, offers, coupons, discounts, etc.… may only be used on full priced services and cannot be used with any of the services in the Touched Membership Program.
The terms and conditions of this program may be modified at any time.
By booking your appointment you agree to the following policies.
Late Arivals/No Show
Please remember, your therapist may be coming in just for you. If you are late or a no show, you will be charged for all treatments booked even if not performed. In the case of a no show, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the services booked. No new appointments may be booked until balance due has been paid.
We understand things happen, but we may not be unable to extend the length of time already set aside for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have cancel your service if your therapist/treatment room is booked after you. You will be charged full price for all services booked even if we are not able to perform all services due to a late arrival.
If you must cancel your appointment, please give us at least a 20-hour notice. If not, you will be charged full price for all the services booked.
We will only be able to add a service to your visit if it can be completed before our next appointment. it is very important to us to stay on schedule so that we may start your service on time.
We want you to be happy with the products we recommend to you. If for some reason the product is not a good fit for you, we want to make it right and get you the product you need.
